Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American artist and actress whose range earned her popular acclaim in a variety of categories ranging from period dramas to action and thriller. Johansson is the daughter and wife of an architect, and producer was raised as a child in New York City. Hunter was her twin and Johansson were all the youngest out of four children. She began to develop an interest in acting from an early age and was auditioning for commercials before the age of seven. After that, she was enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and afterwards took classes at the Professional Children's School in Manhattan to further hone her craft. She made her debut as an actor in a film North (1994) at nine years old. In her eighteenth year, she performed alongside Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson then appeared for the first time in Just Cause, but she gained recognition with Manny & Lo, a film that follows orphaned siblings as they fled. In the following film, she won critical praise for portraying the role of a teenager who been injured and resulted in her being disfigured as she appeared in The Horse Whisperer (1998). Her popularity grew for her performance in Ghost World (2001) as an outcast with a sly attitude Rebecca. Renee Felice Smith started her professional career in entertainment as a child. She discovered her passion for acting as a young child. Smith's parents helped her with landing her first acting role when she was six. In a television commercial Smith starred as Dannon Yogurt. Like the majority of actresses just making their debut, to work on her skills in theatre. She was involved in various productions across the USA as she made her stage debut. She was studying at The Stonestreet Studios Conservatory part of the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts'.
