Dina Meyer is a New York native who was brought up in Forest Hills Queens. She moved to Dix Hills Long Island just when she was finishing her senior high school. Dina Meyer has two brothers. Gregory is her elder brother and Evan is her younger brother. Between the ages of nine and 16 the first time she was exposed to the world of modeling was when she began modeling. Ron Stetson trained her in the techniques used by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The process took approximately three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training, along with Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are among those actors who've received similar training. Following her move into Los Angeles, she got her first part in the Beverly Hills 90210. Within the following few months, she landed the part in the role of Johnny Mnemonic. For this film, she was the one responsible for almost all the stunts and showed herself to be an excellent actress. Through the agents of Matt LeBlanc that she was successful in securing a regular role on Friends.
